I can tell you in general, though, that bugs are assigned priorities on how severe they are, and those priorities determine what gets fixed before a release. When you look at the Priority link (above, 2nd column, 4th item down), you can see what the priorities mean. Priorities do have meaning, but depending on other factors those priorities can change, so fixes may not always happen in the next version.
