User sba changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Assigned to|sba |requirements -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ever confirmed| |1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Oct 11 04:07:06 -0700 2006 ------- SBA: This is easy to adjust by the user: - New Writer document - via Insert-Special Character, insert the desired glyph (i.e. "→" wich is x2192) and select it - Tools-AutoCorrect, Tab page "Replace" -> [now the arrow should be in the "With" box"] - fill the desired characters (i.e. "-->") in the "Replace" box - Click "New" -> Done. Now "-->" gets replaced with "→" automatically Note: Since this replacement list is language dependant, this must be done for all languages that shall be used. Note: The currently used font will be used for the replacement glyph. If a "VERY special character" is used (one that is not in all fonts), then the replacement should be done via Autotext (that can set the font, too) and not AutoCorrect. Confirming this issue.
