1. This is not P1. Such things are max. P2.
2. Without the sample document, we cannot do anything on it, because opening MS
Office 2003 files generally works.
This error is specific for your single Word document, so please attach this one
to this issue. If it contains confidential data, please send directly to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] will delete it after evaluating/bugfixing. Feel free to
reopen issue when you have done so.
