(svx/source/dialog/numfmt.cxx). Browsing a bit through the ListBox
implementation in vcl, I got the impression the bug might be there. It looks
like ImplListBoxWindow::ImplPaint would set the colors for painting, which isn't
done for all list box entries.
To reproduce this bug you need to have the Numbers tab-page in the chart-axis
dialog (I didn't find any other non-dropdown listbox that may be disabled
elsewhere). Enter some numbers in a spreadsheet and create a chart out of it.
Then enter the dialog in the chart with Format/Axis/Y Axis and go to the tabpage
Numbers.
Initially, the Source Format checkbox is checked and the paint error is visible.
Once you uncheck it, you will see the Category listbox correctly. If you recheck
the CheckBox you will see all entries disabled and none selected (this is
probably the same bug but with selection background off for all entries instead
of "all on"). If you select a different entry in the Category box and then check
the CheckBox you will again see all entries selected and disabled.
