@Justing -- I changed the summary, although in reality, anyone can. When you are
entering a comment, just edit the summary as you would any other text box.
I am not sure where you checked whatever and EIS, but I would confirm that it
doesn't work in 1.9.79 even after re-installing OpenSymbol.
