FME: Let me shed some light on this. For performance reasons, the default paper
size is not obtained from the printer. The code that maps a language to a paper
size used to be in sw/source/core/doc/docdesc.cxx. For i49739 the code was
changed to map LANGUAGE_SPANISH_MEXICAN to letter paper size. With i57182, the
code has been moved to svx (svx/source/items/paperinf.cxx). Unfortunately the
fix of i49739 did not survive the moving of the code. Since this is a
regression, I'll set the target to OOo 2.1.
