It does not need any specific document. Here is the use case, you can test it by
your self.

1. Open the Writer
2. Press ctrl+F12 for creating table
3. Click Ok
4. In my case, I attached 5 cells text from other writer document. Open the
writer document where you may have table already exist. In this case you need to
copy cells from one writer document to another writer document. 
5. Copy the selected cells from the table where is the text (select cells + 
ctrl c)
6. Go back to the other writer you want to paste to the cells
7. Attach the copied text into the table
8. Pres ctrl+z

VoilĂ ! Open Office crashes... I have repeat this so many times and everytime
this "works".
