------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Oct 19 03:44:41 -0700 2006 ------- I have attached a very small Word document that has several sections, with footnotes. I specified that the footnotes should come after the text of each section, and, for each section, the numbering should start at 1. Importing into OO, the Word format version no longer has footnotes starting at 1 for each section. The numbering is continuous across sections. Saving the test document as RTF and loading into OO also loses the footnote renumbering.
