------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Oct 24 05:13:54 -0700 2006 ------- (the text here is the same as error Issue #70792) the issue is the OK button does not work when the error occures. Create a DB as follows: One table - called Stock In the table have the following fields country, building, region, floor, room, location, make, model, serial, part, face. When prompted all Base to add a primary key of sequential numbers and save the design. Go back to the main menu and click create view Add all the fields EXCEPT the ID field In any of the fields click Function choose "group" click save choose any name you want click ok You will now get an error Heading: OpenOffice.org Base Logo: Red Circle with a white cross Description: Not in aggregate function or group by clause: [EMAIL PROTECTED] in statement [ SELECT "country", "building", "floor", "location", "make", "model", "serial", "part", "face" FROM ((THIS BIT IS HIDDEN BY THE OK BUTTON)) GROUP BY "part"] If there are a lot of fields you are not able to see all of the error message. The box is not resizeable either. This appears more to be an error with the dialoge box rather than the data that is held in the tables etc. **When you click OK nothing happens!** --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
