Ich komm mir ein bisserl verarscht vor..
VER was what was used before. But this only included the "major.minor" version
from setup.xcu.
That's why I wrote the patch for issue 58850
This patch got rejected without giving a reason, instead the version was written
into the file explicitly and issue 61849 was opened.
I'm still waiting for an answer why my patch was rejected. And surely changing
it to "VER" without applying my patch won't solve thie problem (will introduce
"cannot tell what minor" again). Reopen.
