The problem of the wrong offset is caused by a wrong combination of page offsets
of printer and document.
Printer pages have their printable area at offset P1.
Document pages have their (assumed) printable area at offset P2. This offset
can be modified via the Format->Page dialog.

At the moment the printable area is mapped on the printer page to P1+P2 instead
of just P2: the printable area offset is somehow implicitly added but is not
taken into account by the Impress printing code.

What should be done is to a) make sure that P2 is equal to or larger than P1 and
b) to map P2 of the document page to P2-P1 on the printer page so that when P1
is implicitly added we have P2 again.
