Actually no hyperlink is exported here (see inside the PDF, no URI action to be
found). There obviously is some logic inside acrobat reader that tries to
discover URLs inside the PDF document (similar to what happens when you e.g.
enter http://blabla.com in writer which gets transformed into a hyperlink
automatically). In this case the only thing we could do would be changing our
output somehow to accommodate that "magic" in acrobat reader (btw. you can
switch that feature off in acrobat reader in
"Edit->Preferences->General->Automatically detect URLs from text").
I guess this makes it a wontfix or at least "later" target.
pl->fme: for this to work you'd have to typeset the reference part of the bugdoc
differently, please decide if you want to accomodate this acrobat reader
functionality. IMHO this is not an issue on our side.
