There is no working solution for this issue. We can not scale the image in the
menu bar and we don't want to crop it either. Everything depends on the size of
the menu bar font and there is no smallest size. On the other hand, the only
time the icon appears after some time is, when we just found new updates. In all
other cases, the icon will be visible right from the start and should not create
any jumps.
