AW: Okay, i think i identified the problem. When using PixelToLogic for Region,
the scaling is not applied correctly. If e.g. a pixel region with a line is
converted, the logic region is just a line, too -> should be a rectangle with
the height of one logical pixel!
AW: That conversion seems to be wrong in principle. It always would need to
expand the right and bottom boundaries about one logical pixel size.
AW: Trying workarounds. Is the same as #116639# and #i29132# were.
