The current "paragraph is..." thing works dictionary-based. So a language that is not supported (=no corresponding dictionary installed or activated) would never be proposed. Besides, the current "guess" is based on single words, thus it does not always bring a correct result. But there is good news: We are currently working on a "language detection feature". It is issue 39992.
