But if all details are already submitted in a bug, the QA people should have a policy to split the original bug themselves. Bugzilla already has bug-cloning facility. That approach would also make sure that dependency is properly recorded; which would help the developers (on the other hand, the average OOo user is not trained in using Bugzilla). Just my two pfennig. :) I will submit separate bugs and put the links here. Watch this space!
