Yes, sure. The flowchart bar can be grabbed out of the drawing toolbar wich is
located at the bottom of the draw window normally. You can find tools for
drawing in it (rectangles etc.). Between the block arrows and the callouts there
is a section called flowcharts. You can open it temporarily or drag it away from
the bar and it will stay open.
