When I type 31.5 in any cell of a new calc document, it transforms into 31/05/06
as soon as I hit the Enter key. I must change the cell format to "text" to have
my 31.5 unchanged. One thing maybe: my "Regional Settings" is Francais(France)
in General tab, but the decimal symbol (in Numbers tab) is Dot instead of Comma.
My OS is W2K SP4 up to date, french edition.
