To make an end-user application with Base, ability to specify a certain
form to be displayed at loading a Base file is desired.

Motivations:
An operator who works with a database application to brows or enter data
may want to quickly access to a certain form when she opens a document
file of Base. The initial form might have some buttons with descriptions
to take a user to a specific form, links to the web based on-line help,
and some images to decorate an entrance of the application.

Current implementation simply shows a list of forms at loading a Base file.

One of the possible solutions:
A context menu on an existing form could have an entry to specify it as
a default form which will be displayed first when a Base file is loaded.
One of the listed forms could be accompanied with a mark denoting that
the from is a default one.
