------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Nov 7 16:38:18 -0800 2006 ------- I'd like to send an attachment... but it do not understand how to work the issue submitter. sorry, so I will give a brief example. Fill A1:A20 with numbers 1-20, in the middle somewhere change a value to 50 - or I assume any large number. Fill B1:B20 with some helpful labels. in a cell type "=LOOKUP(MAX(A1:A20); A1:A20;B1:B20)".... this will return the last label in B20, instead of the label of the the value 50! I assume this is a problem with lookup function, as the max does return the right value. P.S. how does someone go about sending a doc as an attachment - I don't have any where to upload it, so I cant reference it as a URL. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
