------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 8 01:59:45 -0800 2006 ------- I'm using the English versions of OpenOffice.org and Windows XP (SP2). Both OOo and Windows locale is set to Finnish. The default templates that OpenOffice.org uses format dates as DD.MM.YY when you enter a date in Calc or use Insert-Date in Writer. I believe this should be changed to D.M.YYYY, which is much more common here. Both MS Word and MS Excel default to D.M.YYYY as well. As it is, most Finnish users will have to edit the templates to get dates show correctly by default. Issue 30216 is somewhat related. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
