------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 8 03:57:38 -0800 2006 ------- Motivations and User Scenario: Within a computer-network-connected enterprise, when a recipient of a document file clicks on a print button in the tool bar, her printer in her department does not work. However, the sender's printer in his department mysteriously starts to make a handout of the document that he sent to her as an attachment of e-mail a few minutes ago. Sometimes, he gets multiple sets of handout because she clicks the button repeatedly until she gets her handout from her printer. Background: If a user owns several types of printers, the current behavior sometimes becomes very useful. E.g. this document should be printed with a color ink-jet printer; that should be with a monochrome laser printer; like that. Printer settings, especially a name of the printer that is previously used by someone else, might not need to be loaded when a document file is opened by another person. One of Possible Solutions: Change the default value of an entry "Load user-specific settings with the document" from enabled to disabled in the dialog of Tools - Options - Load/Save - General.
