Second, the list isn't up-to-date, eg. Dutch was approved for Windows and Linux Third, the view on qatrack is good for technicans like us but not for OOo-Users, cause the major os, Windows is on right side. A better solution is to move standard os left (Win/Linux/Mac/Sol/...) and minor derivates like FreeBSD (nothing against FreeBSD itself) to the right.
