You are linking against a manifest runtime library which has to be located at "Windows/WinSxS/x86_Microsoft.VC80.CRT...." copying this files into the directory of the ure doesn't help. One way is to install vc_redist.exe or a service pack of MS with these librarys or install the compiler.
