Open a Microsoft PowerPoint file, last saved from Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or from OpenOffice Impress 2.0.1. 2. Export it from OpenOffice Impress as Microsoft PowerPoint format. 3. Now the size is about three times as big as before. 4. You may try the reverse open-and-save process. 5. This may be related to 71849 (Excel file). Thanks.
