In 680m194/m195 (which unfortunately do not yet exist in the "Found in version"
list)
- start soffice
- open a text document
- close the text document
=> multiple assertions
Error: Address does not belong to this segment From File
O:\SRC680\src\configmgr\source\data\updateaccessor.cxx at Line 148

Notes
- there are *a lot* of other scenarios where this happens. For instance,
opening the
  data source browser also triggers the assertions
- In each scenario I found so far, the problem occures exactly *once*. After
this,
  you need to remove the user installation folder to reproduce it again.

Sounds like there's a problem with the first update access to some configuration
data, if the respective data does not yet exist in the user layer.

Targeting this to 2.2, the assertions are most annoying when working with a
non-product version.
