Openoffice is set up:
-Language and currency: Dutch (standard) [Nederlands (standaard)]
-Document language: dutch (standard) [Nederlands (standaard)]
-Documents, spreadsheets and presentations are set to be MS office 97/2000/XP
equivalents

Problem:
New text document has correct language.
Document is saved and closed.
Document is reopened, Language is set as german (standard) [Duits (standard)]

You can change the language and save the document, but when you open it, it
carries the german language profile

THis also happens between OOo 1.1.4 (Win32), OOo 1.1.2(win32), OOo 1.1.3 (linux)
and MS Office 97, -2000 and -xp applications.
