Yes.

OOo cannot easily know which X11 font it already knows about from its Type1 or
TTF font file. Since X11 fonts are disabled by default since SRC680_m196 (see
issue i62039) the underlying problem will no longer be visible in newer
installations by default.

I'm in doubt about the most appropiate status for this issue though. Probably
"WORKSFORME for >=SRC680_m196" describes the situation best. Is this ok with you
all?
