One thing to add is my imported files are written using Office2000 for Windows. Same behavior, but because I use borders heavily (but with thin lines) in many spreadsheets and docs, the errors caused are too unsightly to use. Unfortunately, I am forced to revert to my Windows program until this issue is resolved.
