The task pane is destroyed when the in-place show starts and created anew when
the show stops. The old state, i.e. which panel is active, is not saved and
thus not restored.

Possible solutions:
1. Put the task pane into a cache and just hide it instead of destroying it.
2. Make the active panel a part of the drawing framework. This, however, would
require the ResourceId to be extended to at least 3 URLs.
