2006 -------
Crystal theme does already have a double-underline icon, but this doesn't exist
in the localization directories, e.g.
ui/default_images/res/commandimagelist/pt-BR/ etc...
The problem is fixed by adding the icons in there, so that we don't fall back to
the Industrial theme.

However, the current double-underline icon differs noticeably from the normal
underline icon (weight and tone is different). To fix this I pixel-pushed a new
version. Please find attached my new version and directory structure to update
CVS and fix the Issue. Icons have been optimized ;-) and compliment Issue 68831.
