Having a specialized message box for fatal errors is a good idea.
In a fatal situation (e.g. when relatively simple things such as bootstrapping
OOo fail) nobody should expect to get an internationalized accessible
non-modal dialog with line-wrapped text, fancy images, customized fonts, etc.
