------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Dec 15 14:31:41 -0800 2006 ------- Hello, Some OpenOffice.org components (mainly Writer and Calc) are able to save the content in HTML format (using File -> Save As -> HTML Document). I noticed the type of HTML output code is very old, basically HTML 4.0 Transitional. IMHO, this code should be (by default) XHTML Transitional 1.1, encoded in UTF-8. As a reference, please see the code generated by W3C's Amaya (http://www.w3.org/amaya) and its validator (http://validator.w3.org). It will be much easier to reuse the code generated by OpenOffice.org in a more specialised Web editor if the output code is XHTML...
