------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Dec 15 17:02:33 -0800 2006 ------- I open writer 2.1 and create an new document. I open a pdf document and highlight text, like a mail address. I then switch back to writer and paste the address. The addres is pasted normal, I highlight the text in writer and then I go to format menu and try to change the format to upper case, the program crashes and then starts the recovery process. It will cycle through the recovery process 3 or 4 times and will eventually recover the file. The error reporting process will not start when I select next. I have went to program files/oo2.1/programs and selected crashrep(both dos and appliclition file) and neither will run. I have had this type of crash happen at least 3 times and can be duplicated. Every time it has happened, I have been pasting text from a PDF file. This issue seems to be very simular to bug -- 72554 I have never had this issue with 2.0.4. Thanks for a great product.
