The option in "Paramètres linguistiques/Environnement linguistique" (in english,
probably "linguistic preferences/linguistic environment") cannot be related to
the system defaults found in the control panel under "Options régionales et
linguistiques" (WinXP French) but only to the selected predetermined
environments.
These options should be read from the system by default (I hate when the keypad
point is replaced by a "," in my applications, but I want French times and dates
formats...). In the French documentation ("Aide" or "Help" button) it is said
that a "Standard" entry is available, but it is not.
