For tinderbox, I run two simultaneous (each parallel builds by itself) builds in
seperate build-directories.

Ofen enough the builds breaks with:
error: Could not create signal helper file /tmp/signalfile.txt for signal info.
error: Could not create signal helper file /tmp/signalfile.txt for signal info.
error: Can´t open file /tmp/signalfile.txt for read to copy.
error: Can´t copy signal helper from file /tmp/signalfile.txt to file
/tmp/signalfile.txt.bak, 13
error: Can´t delete file /tmp/signalfile.txt

I'm mot really sure whether it is really caused by the two seperate builds
running in parallel, but that error is most likely to happen when two builds
start at the same time.

Would it be possible to use a file in the output-dir (unxlng*) instead or five
it a unique name to avoid conflicts?
