I'm not entirely sure, but I think this is a bug. Reason I am unsure is because
I no longer have Excel installed.

Also I can't figure out how to attach the xls file. So instead, please refer to
the URL and download the xls file there. (left side "Click to Print Excel File"
link)

In the file in column A, the Dates are all wrong. There is a formula used to
create these dates. I suspect it works differently in openoffice Calc than in
Excel. I mean that I think it probably works in Excel even though it doesn't in
Calc.
