OK, it was the hint with the details-button ! In this case, the Win system -
file-open dialog is used which has the mentioned problem (just check in WordPad
-> same problem). When using OOo´s own dialog (tools/options/general), the order
is kept and will be recognized the next time, the dialog is opened. Not an OOo
issue,...sorry ! It´s a "bug" within MS own dialogs.
