The current default for scrolling is 1 point, which is absurd (see http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=17732). Instead, make the value scroll in increments of 1% and permit a maximum of 100%. This is, in fact, more than enough for overstrike, as very few 10 point characters in any font are 10 points wide.
