Refer to the testcase. When I increase the size of, e.g. Row 2, with the mouse,
it works fine (because they are aligned).

However, misalignment occurs when:

1. I type more words under column E, increasing the height needed by the row.
The height of the cells on columns D, E and F increase, but not B.

2. I use the mouse to forcibly decrease the height of the row. The height of the
cell on column B decreases. The height of the cells in columns D, E and F are
limited to the minimum height as needed by the cell in column E.

Expected result:

The height of the cells in column B should be "locked" to the height of the
cells in columns D, E and F (just like MS Word!) when typing or when attempting
to resize the row smaller than it's minimum height.
