Also other users have the same problem: http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5065384 I already have informed the German SO8 support in France (Frau Zaim). I think they did not know about the problem before. Now I think they suggest the workaround to install via yast. Solutions would be to: 1. Fix the setup. 2. Remove the setup for coming SO versions and describe the installation via yast in the manual. I would prefer solution 1.
