------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Dec 31 08:03:58 -0800 2006 ------- I have a spreadsheet file that has a checkered history of earlier OO versions and in and out of microsoft in .xls file format .. this file appears now to have a setup file problem when loaded into version 2.1. I've only looked at this in linux on a debian installation 'etch'. When I swap in a different setup file from a 'new' document created in oo2.1 the problem goes away. (unzip file, swap setup files, zip up) Specifically, as you move the box-selection around and cause column shifts to scroll in from left or right the artifacts start appearing. Also, if you move the window and the 'window size' box appears (kde) and 'bumps' into the title row, it starts to leave artifacts. .. and also if you scroll down on the page you will sometimes see a fragment of the title row percolate down the page. The tell-tale sign that there is a problem appears in the upper left box on the spreadsheet .. the corner box .. where you see that the first horizontal row is too high up and lines up above the rest of the title row. I have not been able to figureout what is it in the setup file that is triggering this problem. I can send example 'bad' setup file and ofcourse a sample .sxc file with the problem.
