Please note:
Definition of Croatian date format in OOo is obviously invalid. It should be
DD.MM.YYYY or similar. Not YYYY.MM.DD as offered in OOo.
It should be the same as for Bosnian, Macedonian, Serbian or Slovenian. Date
format for all these languages works fine. Croatian does not.
We all formed ex Yugoslavia and we therefore use same date format.
I tested this on Linux, WinXP and Win98 with same results so I change field OS
from "Windows 98" to "All"
