The cygwin1-20070101.dll snapshot fixes the problem that spawnvp() behaves more like system(), i.e. waits for the completion of the spawned process instead of continuing, for native W32 programs, but the child is still "unbreakable" if CYGWIN=tty is set or from rxvt.
