There is following workaround:
left none {a over b } mline {b over c } right none
This produces a scaled vertical line. Still, this problem is more general and
might apply to other symbols (and integrals?) as well where there is no such
workaround. See issue 41502 for an example with a slash.
I'll leave it open but set the OS to "All".
