2 small points:
- I selected "X_86" as the platform, without noticing the "_64" bit. My
apologies. I'm using a bog-standard 32-bit PC.
- The formatting damage in the DOC file is where all lines in all the numbered
and bulleted paras, except line-1, are more indented than line-1. And it's quite
difficult to repair this - changing the extra indent back to 0 causes other
damage, etc, etc... And if some paras are at an inner level, repairs are nigh
impossible...
I'm not very familiar with the handling of "issues" here, so you might flag this
one as "Re-opened", if you deem it appropriate.
