@hoserjoe: could you also attach the document corresponding to the PDF?
@pl: I don't see anything in the PDF that helps to identify which font was
having problems with GetFontSubset, GetEmbedFontData or GetFontEncodingVector.
As far as I see in the code PDF export silenty skips them which only hides the
problem during export, but not when viewing. It would help a lot if there were a
helpful diagnostic comment in the emitted PDF.
