While working with a about 20 footnotes linked to endnotes, I added a section to
the end of the endnote section.  Then, I added another section to the bottom of
the endnotes page, not noticing the other section.  I added about a half a page
of text, to the bottom section.  I was working in XP, but I don't think that's
relevant.

When attempting to add another footnote/endnote or modify the lowest of the
bottom sections, OpenOffice crashed five times in a row.  I was able to
replicate the behavior with the same document on another XP machine running OO
2.0.  Problem replicated when upgraded to 2.1.

I fixed the problem by deleting the extra section that had no text in it that
was attached to the endnotes.
