thanks for the attachment. As far as I understand you propose to add the menu
commands for Tips, Extended Tips and Help Agent back to the menu.
Regardeless whether I like the idea or not, we had massive usability issues that
users do not understand the toggel menu items at all. Testing participants chose
"Help Agent" over and over again to bring up the Help (which does not work).
That's the reason why we abbandoned the toggle menu items to the Options panel
only.
Can you please be so kind to close this task (if my understanding of the patch
is correct)?
