I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and was not
able to reproduce the problem.
My steps (all Icons translated from German):
0. Downloaded 'test_imagebutton.odt' and '1leftarrow.png'
1. open 'test_imagebutton.odt'
2. Make visible toolbars for Forms
3. select "Design Mode"
4. Click button 'Further Elements'
5. Click 'Image Button' and insert button app 30x10mm
6. open 'properties' dialogue for button by double click on the button border
7. select '1leftarrow.png' as image
8. Further properties:
scale image = no
action = no one
9. close properties dialogue
10. mouse click somewhere into the document, so that control points
disappear
11. click on new image button
expected due to report: OOo should crash
actual: no crash
